The number of contestants were down BUT not the enthusiasm and
understanding of the event! With the help and support of 47 players, the
Scholarship Fund was still able to raise some money for our scholarship
mission. The Scholarship Fund and family cannot say THANK YOU
enough! Your support of our event exemplified the kind of commitment that
DJ showed in his short life. The generosity and willingness to donate hard
earned money was AND is extremely APPRECIATED!! Without YOU,
our supporters, we would not be able to provide any scholarship
opportunities. With YOUR help the Scholarship Fund is better able to
serve the Gloucester County community in which DJ grew up.

Bikers from the great states of Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware
& our Beloved New Jersey helped to raise money for the DJ Bentz
Scholarship Fund! With over 150 bikers, our first Bike Run was
truly a success. That success though comes directly from a group
of people who have shown nothing but true commitment -
BIKERS!!
The energy and feeling that was generated on Sunday July 25th
will not soon be forgotten. From everyone who participated in the
run to the State Police who helped escort the Bikers there was
feeling that something positive was happening. And with the help
of everyone involved something POSITIVE did happen...we were
able to raise a few thousand dollars towards our Scholarship Fund.
Next Year? EVEN BIGGER & BETTER...WE PROMISE!!
